The fastest way to reach a person is email. We read everything, and we answer most things within two working days — longer in November and December, when the workshop is packing rather than typing.

If you are writing about a part, tell us the name of the kit and the sheet number the part came from. A photograph of the sheet saves a round trip.

What we can and cannot help with

We can help with instructions, missing or broken parts, lighting problems and questions about what a kit contains before you buy it. We can usually tell you which model a photograph is, even a bad photograph.

We cannot see your order. Payments, delivery dates, address changes and refunds live with our partner store, and their help desk can act on them in minutes where we would only be guessing.
