Flever Poolside Villa with Tool Kit — Miniature Kit Tools and House Lights
$51.57
Poolside Villa comes with the tool kit in the same box: a modern two-level villa with a glazed stair, a terrace and a pool set into the deck, plus the pliers, tweezers, files and cutting mat you would otherwise have to gather yourself.
It is the largest of our bundled sets and the one we point first-time builders at when they own nothing at all. The villa is a proper weekend build with open-plan rooms and outdoor planting; the tools are the ones we actually use on our own bench, not a token set.
It is one of the larger kits on this shelf of 13 tools & lights, it is new enough that the 4.1 rating rests on a handful of notes, and it is in stock as we write this.
This is the dull shelf that makes the good shelves possible: Poolside Villa with Tool Kit is here so that a dollhouse build does not stall at eleven at night over a pinched wire. We design our rooms, boxes, flowers and whole miniature house kits around these same tools, and every DIY kit in the workshop is built with them.

What arrives in your Flever miniature kit
- Tools, spares and bundles rather than a scene.
- Battery packs arrive with their light wires already soldered.
- The tool set comes in a zipped case sized for a drawer.
- Bundle listings include the full contents of the kit they are paired with.
- Batteries themselves are never included — they do not travel well.
How the DIY build goes
- If this is a gift for a first-time builder, buy a bundle rather than a kit and a tool set separately.
- A spare battery pack is the single most useful thing on this shelf — buy one with your first lit house.
- The music movement only suits kits built on a turning base; check the listing of your kit before you add one.
We sell the same tools we use on our own bench, which is the only recommendation we are willing to give them.
